The crew did a very quick job knowing the master room needed the most attention but all in all they were in and out in my opinion way too quick.
For the money it seemed like the chemicals only masked the smell and got worse as it dried !!!!

It took your technician 16 minutes to do a very big room and a set of stairs. Doesn’t look any better 24 hours later. I call that going threw the motions. Won’t recommend or use again.

Pricing for long term customers definitely can be better. If Furtinture isn’t moved and left in place, the square footage consideration should be reduced from a max to a combination with another room.
In my opinion it looks the same no difference at all, It also appears that the carpets were over saturated and we had to vacuum them ourselves to help get all the water out

Somehow my phone number was confused with my friend Jenny and she was getting messages regarding my house. I might suggest that the person actually doing the job, contact me direct as soon as the job is scheduled.
So far……everything. First time I used them and will use them again. Really important to me, came on time and even called little early to see if it was ok to come then. Really nice guy (Ethan) and did a good job and was in and out in about an hour. Put AC on a few degrees cooler than usual and all was dry in about 4 hours but you can walk on carpet right away with white socks. Had some new furniture and some old and removed some stuff but they went around everything and did a great job. Will use them again.
