First of all, your Tracy called prior to say approx time to be here, then he was on time, very professional and nice, plus the job was perfectly done. I have already mentioned this to some of my friends and they are going to call Zerorez next time their carpet needs cleaning.
They were able to clean my carpet and get out stains and residue that Stanley Steemer left behind. My carpets are finally clean and they didn’t take but a few hours to dry. Unlike Stanley Steemer who left my carpets soaking wet.
I’m very pleased and Steven worked hard and explained the process thoroughly.
