While Angel was very nice and professional, the upsell on a product that would prevent the smell was disappointing as when applied was great. However after an hour it went away and the ammonia smell came back just as strong. I get a company needs to make money for doing a service, but I think I would have been happier to be told no amount of carpet cleaning can fix this and just rip and toss the carpet.

I choose zerorez because if the products - the quick dry time. But I come back to zerorez because of Jess, the technician. I won’t even let another tech come to my house after having him. He took his time, but was efficient. I was so so so happy with his work! I almost can’t wait to have my carpets cleaned again just because I appreciate his thoroughness! So hard to find good people to do good work. Don’t let this guy get away Zerorez!
The technician was great. The reason for a low score was I was told 35.00 per room as it was a promotion and when I checked my statement was charged 39.00 per room. It was my fault not to check amount when I signed it. I called as I heard 35.00 per room special on radio. The technician I'm sure wasn't told about it.
