Everything was great
We are not happy with the service and the quote in price was not what we were charged. We told them we had animals and that we needed to clean the area that the animals had messed up. They gave us a price quote of $102 this was for one room. The technician came he said the carpet needed to be replaced. Then he said it would cost three to $400 or more To get the carpet clean.
We were charged $137 because he said he had to add biological cleaner to the floor which was just sprayed on. The technician was only here at our house for 20 minutes and could’ve use the extra time to clean the carpet deeper and more but he said he would have to charge us a deep cleaning rate.
We will not be recommending your service, and we will not be using them again. We felt like we were misled.

Jordan did a very nice job on our carpet and it looks great. We have a nylon, low pile carpet.
We were quoted $125 ($35 for 3 rooms plus $20 for the hallway) based on a Valupak coupon which said it was good through 11/30/2023 (the scheduler did not want to accept the coupon, but finally did specifying that we had to be sure and give it to the cleaner so she could look at it). We had some stains from cat furballs, which we had cleaned up while they were still fresh There were no urine or poo spots on the carpet at all. We understood that there would be "additional charges" to treat the stains, but we were thinking the price might double up to around $250. The total was $357!! Considering we only had about half of 2 of the rooms cleaned due to furniture we could not move that was one pricey carpet clean!
The product used to clean the carpet does an excellent job and is quick drying.
Not sure if I did this already, but I wanted to make sure you knew how pleased we are with the cleaning of the tile. It looks like a brand new floor. All our questions were answered and the outcome is wonderful. Thank you!
