The carpet in the room does not look clean at all. It still has many of the stains from before it was supposedly clean. The room and stairs have a very weird and bad smell after they were treated by the company.
Honestly I could have done a better job by renting a machine from a big box store.
When the technician was here he basically said it would be easier to change the carpet and kept upselling other products. The technician spend 10 minutes at the most in the one room and less than 45 minutes total.
The quality of the service was definitely not worth the price and hassle.

Im sorry but I'm drawing a blank on the name of the technician that did my carpets but I'm sure you do. Anyways, he was wonderful! He was Very thorough, professional and nice!!!!

The technician that came out was extremely friendly and explained everything thoroughly. He did a great job, and I told him I would definitely recommend the company to friends. The whole process was extremely straightforward and simple. I definitely will do business with you all in the future.

They came in assessed the job. Gave suggestions and the specials they had going on. I made my decision from that. They did a great job. I will be using them again.

The technician who came out was very helpful. I appreciated how he explained what he was doing and listened to my concerns. I’m so glad we had the carpets cleaned by zerorez before we moved in, as apparently whoever lived here before had the carpets cleaned with a traditional method, aka lots of soap residue. The carpets feel much softer and fresher now.
That fast service professionally done
Tech was very courteous and arrived early. He did call first. I like that the carpets are not soaked and there is no residue left on the carpets. Very nice job!

I rated your company a 7 due to the price you charge to clean tile. 500 Sq ft would have cost me $700! I cannot afford that, so reduced the area I had cleaned. I won't be using your company to clean my floors again.

Angel was my service tech. Can't say enough good things about him! He was very polite, very professional. He did a fantastic job on my carpets. They look and smell great! I have used Zerorez for about 12 years, and have continuously recommended your company to my friends. The ones that have used you were very impressed and happy with the results.
