We had the tile grout done and keep finding areas that were missed/are still dirty. As you know this was a very expensive service and I’m wondering about the value of it when I look around.
Additionally we discovered one of the throw carpets we were billed for was missed completely and of course that was the one that needed it most

Talon L. Was very professional and polite. He was very thorough with the pricing and explaining about tile pricing and carpet pricing. He was on time and after he did the quote I decided and he started the work and got to it. After he was done he explained the time frame of carpet drying etc. He gave me booties in case I needed to walk on carpet, very handy!!! I would highly recommend Talon again when I’m ready to have my carpet cleaned. Zerorez Carpet Cleaning is highly recommended!!!!

You disappointed me by charging me $100. to set up equipment to clean my carpets it literally took him 5 minutes to hook it up. The price is outrageous other than that I like the cleaning because it doesn’t leave a lot of residue on the carpet. I don’t think I will ever use your service again because of that ridiculous charge

The whole process seemed thorough and professional. A little cleanup was necessary on the day after, but the floors came out looking great. I would recommend Zerorez to everybody.

There is no change in the stain area on the area rug. I asked If coffee stains would come out of a wool area rug before I scheduled The Zerorez appt and was told you could do that. Then the Zerorez tech arrived and quickly told me that coffee stains are not likely to come out. He then proceeded to work for 15 minutes and confirmed that stain won’t come out. I was charged the minimum fee for what appeared to be nonsense. It was my first experience with Zerorez and I am not impressed.
The staff was very friendly explained how it worked I have never used Zerorez before. Very happy with the results.
