The pleasant and hard working technicians . The products you use and treatments
no harsh chemicals
I'm very impressed! The stains did not reappear when the carpet dried. Your service man, Jerod, was very courteous and efficient. I will definitely use your company again.
Carpets come out great. Have already recommended Zerorez to friends.
Love the friendly service. My carpet always looks "like new" after Zerorez cleans them....that's not the case when I've had other cleaners. I'll never have anyone else clean my carpets!!
Quick! Always looks like new carpet I have never been disappointed. The technicians are always very friendly and helpful.
I'm not sure why the carpet feel tough after cleaning it
The carpets were cleaned beautifully. They dried in a matter of hours not days. The price for the work was exactly as quoted over the telephone. Andrew Guillford arrived during the time window were expected. The quality of his work was such we are sure to request his services early next year for carpets in other rooms of our house. All in all, very very satisfied. Gordon & Name removed 2039 Colvin Run Drive Henderson 89052.
I really liked the technician that came to my house. He was very polite and worked really hard. Although, he was able to get a lot of stains up, there are still a few crunchy spots from previous spills I was hoping would be gone. In particular there was a bright blue spot from ice cream close to my front door that was hardly lifted at all, I thought the carpet was just permanently stained and was okay with it, however I just went and scrubbed it myself and now it is not at all noticeable. I paid extra for the extra clean for any deep problems so I'm slightly disappointed with how expensive it was for the results. Next time I would not pay for the extras.
Your technician Juan was very punctual. Respectful of everything. He explained everything in detail. Offered additional services at the time. The job was done in a timely manner and looked great.
Professional and you stood behind your 100% satisfaction when stains didn't cone out the first time. Second tine a charm. However, one thing I'd like to add is the carpet was very stiff once dry. Felt like the carpet was starched. Regardless, it was clean.
Again, thank you.
The service technician (Juan) was very helpful.
Carpet is clean without residue left behind
The appointment time could be more exact. Drying time takes longer than "a few hours."
Great service, knowledgeable technicians and good follow up. Carpets look and smell wonderful, also had the tile and grout done. It was amazing, we are so happy with the results.
Carpet came out good and like that there are no harmful chemicals
Timeliness and accuracy
I paid $500 for a deep cleaning and when my 2 year daughter came to visit her feet were black by the end of the day. I have the pictures to prove it.
Prompt. Efficient. Friendly. Professional.
Products smell great. Serviceman very friendly and efficient.
Clean
does a good job
Great work completed at my home. Employee was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
Have someone come to the appointment who knows how to get stains out of the floor. Otherwise he was great.
The technician (Juan)was very helpful and professional.
Good quality
One high traffic area in the home was still gray while the others were better (possibly overlooked). Can't get a quote for our business after 3 calls. I give up.
Your company is punctual, courteous, and thorough. We get emails and phone calls reminding us of the appt. We then get satisfaction calls afterwards. The carpets in the office have never been this clean. Amazingly, the spots don't return like they did with other styles of carpet cleaners. Your employee, Roy, is awesome. He explains all and is totally OCD (in the nicest possible way) about getting the carpets clean. We never knew we could just get spot cleaning more frequently. With other companies, we were always told we had to get the whole office cleaned each visit. We love ZEROREZ! Dr. Mary Grant @ Mary A. Grant, O.D.
I explained my carpet issues to your representative. The representative explained to me I needed only a topical treatment. There were no indications of soiled or damaged carpet. After this topical cleaning was serviced the house smelt and carpet looked great. By the way the carpet is only 3months old. The areas which I pointed out for detailed cleaning were not properly cleaned. There was a crusty dirt build up left after carpet dried. Crusty from original soiling which is why I called in the first place. I will be contacting your company via phone in the near future as my phone has been damaged and Im waiting for a new one in the mail. Thank you for your time.

Read all of this, and make sure I get a response, please. I want to make sure that my feedback is actually important to Zerorez of Las Vegas.
After visiting your website, I filled out a request for information on Sunday, October 5th. I was contacted by a young woman in the call center on Monday, October 6th, who only barely introduced herself as a Zerorez employee--I never got her name. She then proceeded to act as if I had already set up an appointment, rather than answering any of the questions I had about the website, specifically the offer for $33/room. I told her that I was busy at work, and that she should call my wife. (I provided her name and phone number.)
The young woman never called my wife. Instead she called me back the next day, almost as if it were her first time calling me. Yet again, she did not provide her name. Very unprofessional, she just jumped right in as if I were a guy at a checkout stand, who couldn't wait to fork over money. I told her that she had called the day before, and that she was supposed to have called my wife, which she did not do. She attributed this to a busy day. Now, she was polite throughout our exchanges, I just didn't feel valued at all. I only mention it because in retrospect, I feel like I've been taken advantage of.
She told me during this second phone call that the minimum payment for a job was $107. I had somewhat expected this, as a good friend of mine works for the Salt Lake City Zerorez office, and has told me about the procedure. Nevertheless, my original inquiry re: $33/room was never answered. The call center girl said that she could send a tech out to my house to quote a price, and that if we "liked the price", he could do the job right then. I went ahead and greenlit the visit, telling my wife to expect the cleaners between 10AM and 1PM on Wednesday.
When the carpet cleaner tech arrived, he was very polite, but again, somewhat unprofessional, and my wife would later describe his tactics as slightly deceptive. He quoted her an initial price of $270 (two rooms, a couch, and a pet treatment), which was not what we were looking for. He kept chopping it down, finally getting it to $107, which we'd been told on the phone was the minimum, but he had to approve over the phone with his manager. Yet again, no information on the $33/room rate on the website.
What compounds our complaint is the fact that the tech made a point of telling my wife that he'd driven "far to get out here" (95 & Wagonwheel) and how his "boss wouldn't want [him] sitting around for two hours" if my wife didn't agree to the price. Thus pressured, my wife went ahead and had him clean our carpet.
And he did a good job. Again, also polite.
Here's the biggest part of the problem, though: shortly after leaving our home, he went right down the street to service another residence. Not even three houses down. "Far to get out here", indeed.
At the end of the day, we felt deceived, and didn't like having to interact with employees who, while displaying good manners, lacked professionalism where they ought to have it. We like Zerorez; our family have used them before, and the aforementioned friend likes working for the company in general. Nevertheless, this experience was hardly stellar, and these issues need to be addressed. We're not likely to do business in the future if we're lied to.
