I've used you in the past and have always been very satisfied. You guys are very professional and have always taken care of me. I moved into an apartment just recently and the carpets have an odor for some reason. I was told that the carpets were done prior to me moving in. Whatever company the apartment complex used didn't do a very good job so I took it upon myself to have it done professionally. I figured I would call you guys to have you do my carpets and address the problem. For some reason the oder came back and the traffic areas are still very prominent.
Kenyon was the service person that cleaned our carpeting. If you are looking for expertise in the products he used on our carpeting, a hard worker with excellent results and a real professional in this field, then I would highly Zerorez's products and service people. Thank you, Kenyon!
Your employee (Josh or Justin) not sure of name, was wonderful and hard working. It customer service had asked more prep questions he would have know what to expect. All and All great job.

When calling the client to give a quote... please ask if there are other items such as pets, etc... so you can give a better quote at time of call. To go from $155 to $365 is a giant leap. I understand the reasons why it was the price it was but I almost cancelled the cleaning because of the price jump.
The worker was cheerful, informative and [productive. A plus!
They forgot to do the dryer service. Which is one of the main reasons I called. Did go above and beyond on everything else.

The carpet turned out great and the technician was professional and accommodating. Unfortunately, my dissatisfaction comes with the telephone associate that I spoke with over the phone when I set up my appointment. There was a difference in price quote of over $100! That's a big difference!!!! The lady I spoke with specifically told me the price for each stairs were less than what I had paid 2 years ago, but the technician that came out said it was now $4 each step. It feels like she gave me a false quote just to get my business and get the appointment set. I'm hesitant to call for another appointment in the future.

Loved the citrus smell...carpets in my office looked brighter and stayed brighter....would recommend Zerorez to anyone....wont ever use the old way of cleaning anymore.....

No Chemicals, easy application, thorough and could see the difference immediatley. Ryan,the service technician was very knowledgible,likeable and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Now, we will see over time just how clean our carpeting remains.
