Communicate cost of services and the phone. Difficult to explain my situation and fit it into your lingo. Then trying to fit your advertised specials into that is very difficult
You said you would call if you couldn't get the dog smell out of the carpet. You didn't and the smell is no better. Now I have to pay for cleaning and replace the carpet. Two expenses instead of ☝️

The young men arrived at exactly the time they said they would. They were very neat in appearance and friendly. They answered all of our questions thoroughly, worked efficiently and left with kind words, and not a trace of them having been there except a clean and fresh carpet. It is refreshing to see such good manners!!

I recommended you to my seller (I am the listing agent). He was very disturbed by the lack of communication. He felt that he was being "upsold". He and I gave an accurate description of what was needed prior to you going to the property....he was given a price...once there, he was told that it would be more money, etc. I am not sure I can recommend Zerorez again since it's a reflection of me and the service I strive to give. =(
The closets in the master bedroom and the chase lounge still has water rings on it.
