I'm not sure, exactly, if my carpets can't be cleaned any better or if I needed a different service? Though, they do appear somewhat "cleaner", I didn't feel that they were anymore clean then if I used my own machine. :( I understand that some stains may not come up but I was hoping more would have using a commercial machine. The tech was very polite and I walked the rooms. Initially, they did appear better but a week later our family room isn't much better then if I had I done it myself. I was hopeful that we would have eliminated more. Again, it may not be the service that I had received doing. I didn't do the deeper cleaning because it said "pet" stains, which we don't have but we have "kid" stains. Did we need the pet cleaning??!!? Thank you. Appreciate any feedback. Name removed

On time, courteous tech, carpets look great! Had my sofa cleaned but can't really tell except where there was a stain. Doesn't smell any cleaner and it's just a one year old sofa.
Always professional and friendly
The tech, Zach, and his trainee Jamar were extremely professional and courteous. They cleaned our shower and kitchen tile and grout. They worked quickly and did a great job. I now wish we had hired them to do all our tile floors. You know they did their job well when even your teenage son noticed the clean tiles and grout :-)
The techs were extremely professional, knowledgeable and best of all not pushy. We received the service we asked for and were happy with the result.
