The quality of your service is the best. I have used zerorez a few times and will use no one else for any services.
I like not having chemicals all over my carpets. The carpets are nice and clean as well as clean-looking!
The pricing is not clear. Need to have customer look at what is being billed before credit card is presented. I still have not heard back about a credit I am owed because I was over-charged.

After a too short time of working on my carpet and hearing too many unasked reasons for which a carpet may not end up cleaned, operator left a too wet and stained carpet that looks just the same as before the service, only still too wet after 28 hours.
Of course, this is not the first time I have this done, although surely the last one with Zerorez.
I had it cleaned once between your two services with another company and I can say there is huge difference.
I called you back by mistake, I realized later.
I think you can use an honest opinion to improve.

Christian cleaned our carpets and did a great job! On time and very professional. I had a pet stain that wouldn't come up with the steamer and he explained clearly as to why it might not come up. Before he left he used a stain oxidizer and told me to vacuum the next day. The stain is about 90% gone! Two kids and two dogs do a number on my carpets, but zerorez did a fabulous job cleaning them and saving my sanity! Will definitely be using them again!
