Your prices are higher than the competition. How about offering a discount for situations like ours, specifically, we own some residential rentals in Florida & Colorado. We frequently need to have carpets cleaned in those properties. It would help us And Zerorez to offer people with multiple properties a discount. As it is now, we are left to use the basic coupons just like the individual who own one property and may seldom need or use a carpet cleaning service.
Our carpet has always been serviced by Stanley Steamer. There are 3 areas with some traffic "stains" if you will. They always come out w SS. We never used your company before, I thought I'd give it a try. The carpet doesn't look any different at all. I wish we took before pictures.
