The Zerorez technician, Eric, called to say he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come a little early. His appearance was professional and he was personable. We went over the scope of the work and addressed any areas needing special attention. He quickly and neatly cleaned the carpets in three rooms and a sectional sofa. He placed a fan in the master bedroom to speed up the drying process for that room. I am very happy with the results and will use Zerorez in the future and recommend them to others.

Great customer service. Collin Clark was our technician and he was very pleasant, professional, and spent time on our carpets.
They only concern that I have, now that the carpets are dry, is that there does seem to be a "residue" on the carpet. This is noticeable on the carpets that were treated with the stain remover product. Will this go away on its own? I have not vacuumed yet so I don't know if that will help. I set it up to have cleaned carpet delivered and furniture cleaned during the same appt.
Didn't work out that way.....carpets delivered and furniture cleaned almost two hours later.
Even the cleaner was amazed that the deliverers wouldn't clean the furniture.
Still a good job was done on the furniture.....don't know about the rugs yet as they are wrapped in paper (new puppy.)
Technician was very good. Walked through our home and pointed out some areas of concern. He was very thorough. Rugs after cleaning were the cleanes they have been in years.
