This is the second time I have had my carpets cleaned by your company. Both times your employee was courteous and very capable. He did a thorough job and I was very pleased to see the results. I definitely would use your services again.
The carpet and grout looks awesome!
My tech was very nice . This was by far the most money I have ever paid to have my carpets clean. I also paid extra $40 per room x 3 rooms to remove pet urin stains that did not come out at all. This was a big waste of money. My stairs were supposed to be clean and dirt stains are still there? I would like my $120 refunded for supposed urin removal and my stairs redone where dirt stains are actually removed.
