They explained every step of the ZeroRez process as they cleaned, disinfected, and protected our carpet. I’m glad ZeroRez stands apart from all the other carpet cleaning companies with their unique patented process, instead of spray and vacuum soapy water like the other companies do. The key to a good carpet cleaning result is to do a good deep vacuum prior to the arrival, not just a quickie surface vacuum. Thanks again for a wonderful job!
