It was easy to get an appointment scheduled, and there wasn't a long wait. The technician explained what he would be doing and how long it would take, and that was completely accurate--about one hour to clean two rooms and the hall. He got out spots that I was pretty sure wouldn't come--in fact, he thought that our first treatment of using Resolve on barbecue sauce had bleached spots in our carpets, and prepared us for that probability. If you can, tell him that the whiteness faded after the carpet dried and the lighter spots are barely noticeable. He wiped up some spray that had spilled on the tiled floor and a couple of his own footprints (our driveway is partially unpaved and he couldn't help but step in some soft spots) so the entry looked better than before he came. He did a great job.

No chemicals, the carpet is really soft

From your Technician's on-time arrival, to his ability to explain the process, the impressive equipment and answer questions, I knew I had made the right choice for my air duct cleaning! The Tech's cleanup, his care taken to respect my home, and his ability to know when a section of air duct was clean was impressive! You even offered a complimentary dryer vent cleanout, at the time of the service.

As if that wasn't enough, I saw some of the debris left in my old furnace filter that the Zerorez process had removed--grit, plaster, dust bunnies, the Tech even showed me some wood chips, and small child's toys, it removed!

Carpets are clean, fresh smelling and dry quickly. They do not pick up dirt quickly as the old shampoo methods did.
