The two guys, bent & Adam were very friendly and professional when they came to do the air duct cleaning. However, the big tubing that was brought into my home did scrape up my corners on my wall in my newly painted walls. They didn't put the corner protectors up until I said something but by then it was too late. So I had to pay someone to come in and fix the damage.
The tech that came out, Devon Hamilton, was very friendly, explained the process and services available. Even though my carpet is fairly new, I just feel that it is cleaner and hopefully will keep it looking new longer.

We are very satisfied with our Zeroez carpet cleaning. I had tried to prepare for
the operation by moving the incidental furniture and even the bedclothes. My purpose
was to eliminate household dust as well as carpet renewal. The gentlemen who did
the job was appreciative and purposeful doing this for us. He also appreciated the
fact that I told him this was a 59th wedding anniversary gift to each other (Feb 12).
I acknowledged I heard of Zeroez from Van and Bonnie on WHO radio to participate in
their winter special. We are pleased to enjoy the 'fresh air'!

The carpet cleaned up nicely and the cleaner was very friendly and knowledgeable, he told me what was going to happen and that's what he did.
WE have had our carpets cleaned before by Stainmaster. It smelled terrible, and the representative cleaned our house with dirty water from his last job. The carpet was crunchy...and we had to have the whole house bombed for fleas afterwards because the home he cleaned previous to ours had a flea problem.
YOUR rep was amazing! professional, friendly, and I have never seen our carpet look better. It smelled clean, and after it dried, it was so soft. Very well done. There were stains that he was able to have removed, that no one else did. Thank you!
