1) Very friendly, informative tech who came to do job. 2) Carpet was barely damp when he left as opposed to being really wet when I have used other companies. 3) The carpet doesn't smell any longer. 4) The carpet actually feels clean! 5) The tech arrived on time and called before he came. 6) Didn't take very long to complete job.
Technician was very personable and professional. Arrived at specified time and completed the cleaning in record time. I have used ZeroRez before with good results; however I have not used them for several years due to difficulty scheduling at an out of town location. I decided to try again and found scheduling to be a lot easier than previous attempts. Thank you for improving that portion of your service!
