My tech was wonderful! I had the biological treatment done and he took time to explain the process to me & answer all of my questions. He gave me his yellow glasses and actually took the time to show me the areas that needed attention. He was very informative, thorough, and worked with me on pricing after taking the time to understand my budget. I have 2 small children, a cat and dogs, so my house was pretty chaotic that day, and he was extraordinary with the circumstances. He spoke with my children and was very laid back a mist the chaos. Cleaned and freshened my carpet. We have numerous pets so needless to say....it needed a good cleaning.
It dried quickly and wasn't crunchy like a cleaning service I used in the past.

Our carpets look amazing! Our technician was helpful, kind, and very informative. The power on our side of town had gone out when our tech was due to arrive so we were planning on re-scheduling. Our power came back on and be turned around so we could keep our appointment.

They were very punctual and took the time to protect wall corners. The tech was very friendly and did a good job. I'm also impressed with the spot cleaner they left with me. I used it and it really took care of a spot that I had in a carpet I didn't have them clean. Zerorez really does a good job cleaning the carpet and I like the idea that they aren't using soap to clean. I definitely will have them clean my carpet again and I have already encouraged my neighbors to call.
