The Customer Service is remarkable! When they discovered that a small area still had a bit of a shadow, Zerorez made multiple attempts to contact me so they could come out and work on the stain again.
The service technician was pleasant, friendly, and explained everything to me before beginning to scrub my carpets, pre-treating areas of heavier traffic and dirt, and letting me know in advance that if the areas didn't come clean, they would return to try it again. The carpets dried quickly and the smell of the solution was pleasant.
I will definitely use Zerorez again!

My carpet is approximately 7 years old. The previous homeowners installed it and it isn't high quality. After Zerorez cleaned and sanitized it, the carpet looks brand new-fluffy even. We also noticed that the staircase doesn't squeak, not sure how you fixed that by cleaning it but it's a nice side effect.

I appreciated the speed and competency of the worker. He explained each step to me and then set to work getting the job done in a timely manner. I liked the speed in which the carpet was dry due to no excess water left in the carpet. It just looks and feels so clean.

Everyone was very accoomodating and friendly - on the phone and in person. The pricing and procedure were explained thoroughly. The expected "window" for arrival was accurate and I liked the call from the technician 10-15 minutes before arrival. The carpets look great; there is no chemical smell; our traffic patterns are gone. I will be anxious to see how long "the clean" lasts!!

I LOVE how well it works! It gets all the stains out and my carpet looks close to new again! I also love that it doesn't get dingy after a few days..it stays looking good for months, until my kids and pets track in stains again!
