My carpets look great, spots came out better than I expected. Had the carpets cleaned on Friday and they are still damp in places and it's Sunday, perhaps they could have been gone over again to pull more of the water out. I still have not replaced my furniture.

I liked your plan to let the customer know what time the technician would arrive on the day of the carpet cleaning.

I liked the fact that he was prompt. I liked that the technician explained what he would be doing, how long it would take to dry, etc. and answered any questions. I liked the technician. He was a very hard worker. I thought the whole procedure from the time I initially called was very professional.

It seems to clean much better than other cleaning services we have used. The drying time is amazing.

Customer service is outstanding! There are, however, several dirty spots in our dining room that remained after the cleaning. Carpets do look so much better though. We will certainly use Zerorez again.
