You recommended a cleaning of the air and dryer ducts and we would like to know the cost.
Our technician was on time. We had 2 chairs and an ottoman cleaned; they had never been cleaned. They dried in a couple of hours. We're happy with how they look, and we like the light scent of the deodorizer he used!

The two guys you sent, Justin and Cody, were very credible. They weren't pushy and while we added a few things, they still did a great job of understanding I had a budget. They worked with what I could afford. I also thought they were just very nice guys and felt comfortable having them here in our home. They seem to take their work seriously. They went out of their way to make sure I felt happy about what they'd accomplished and asked me several times if there was anything I didn't feel was ok. Of course there wasn't as they did a really good job. Thanks for sending them out.

Kaleb was to clean my dryer vent and my air ducts. Because of the construction of my furnace, he was not able to clean the air ducts. Instead of trying to do an incomplete job, he contacted his office and advised them that he was not able to do this cleaning. He did an excellent job cleaning my dryer vent and reconnected it with the proper tape. I will always use Zerorez for my vent cleaning. Thanks for a great job Kaleb.

Service was prompt and at the set appointment time. Service person was friendly and professional. I was a little surprised (and impressed)when the service person actually got down and SMELLED a stain I was concerned about. He was exceptional at presenting the services and prices. All in all I was very happy with cleaner carpets than I have had through other companies and the carpets not only look clean but feel clean!
