The zerorez employee was incredibly nice, informative and knowledgeable about the optional services offered but not pushy. He cleaned our small closet without charging an additional fee which was appreciated. He explained everything he was planning to do and at the end gave us $20 to future zerorez services. We will be booking our basement to be cleaned very soon with zerorez. Highly recommend.

As a busy mom I appreciated being able to sign up for a time online at my convenience. I also enjoyed how after the floors were cleaned there was no residue or funky smell. I felt comfortable letting my baby crawl on the floor after it had dried!
