Dillon came out to clean my living room carpet on June 9th. There was an area in the corner of the room with cat urine odor from previous owners of the house. Dillon did a great job with the cleaning and did concentrated cleaning in the corner with the odor. Unfortunately, there is still urine odor in the corner. Nothing against Zerorez I am assuming the cat urine was just too set in for cleaning to be effective???

Operator was knowledgeable about services and costs. He was able to clean our tile on the same visit even though it was just carpet originally scheduled.

I appreciated the reminder call the day prior to the appointment because it gave me an opportunity to clarify some questions about the service I had not fully understood, including the starting time. For example, I had been given the time "8:30 - 10; I thought that was the span of the appointment, but it turned out to be the time frame in which the technician would arrive. As it turned out, he showed up on the early side, by about 8:45 which was great.

The technician was quiet but polite and professional. He didn't waste a moment but was efficient and thorough. By the time he left the entire carpet was clean and nearly dry, thanks to two industrial fans he brought with him. I have no complaints with the service whatsoever.

Always prompt, courteous, clearly explain pricing and expectations. Most importantly they do a fabulous job on carpets. Both times we have had pet urine problems and they 100 percent solved the odor. Carpets like new!

I like that the carpet is not extremely wet. I don't think I should be charged for the doorway(entryway) from our living room to the bedroom. It is just an opening and you charge me $30.00 to clean that 3x3 space. Way to much money for that small area. Please reply.

it does a real good job in cleaning only one thing last time I got it it had a orange smell that last for a few days this time it did not, just wondering why. And I love the cost.
