Justin was very polite and professional in manner and appearance. Someone we were very comfortable welcoming into our home. He was very efficient, careful with our furnishings, and explained everything as he proceeded. He asked about spots, then treated those as well as traffic patterns, and cleaned six rooms.
Justin & my husband moved furniture, so I went to the upper level to get out of the way. So my only complaint was that he was so efficient that he was finished cleaning and putting equipment away before I got to watch the process!!!
The carpets look great and everything smells fresh.

Everything. The service team that came to clean my carpet was so polite and knowledgeable. They even took the time to talk to be about a pet stain product that you sell that is better and safer for my pet.

This is the second time I have used Zerorez. The technician (Rick Carper) arrived on time, was personable, and did a good job of cleaning the carpet. I plan on using Zerorez, the next time I need my carpet cleaned.
