The service tech was professional and efficient and worked hard to get us the best deal. We liked that the service provided cleaning without using more soapy chemicals as we felt that is why our carpet did not feel clean. Unfortunately, even after the Zerorez cleaning, our carpets still have a sticky feel to them.

Your technician was very courteous and best of all, on time (even earlier than I anticipated)! I have not yet vacuumed because I have had 5 fans going to dry the carpet for 3 days (we are having super high humidity) so I cannot really give a final analysis of the job at this time; however I do know for sure it is MUCH cleaner and smells lots better.

I was very pleased w/Jalen's consultation & integrity as it related to applying the pet treatments, treating our high traffic areas, and the overall diligence of the cleaning. I was also very pleased that the claim of zero residue actually holds true. I just can't fully give a 10 as there was just a little left to be desired with the overall outcome on cleanliness and had hoped for better. But I think there is great value and would certainly recommend and use Zerorez again myself based purely on the service and non-residual treatment.

Second, the professionalism of our provider was top notch. He fully explained the process and expected outcome, as well as the pricing structure.
