I made my appointment and they gave me complete instructions regarding how it would work and etc. They called and gave me my window of time on the appointed day saying the person would call me on his way. He called and was very prompt to his time. He came in looked around and went hi truck got his equipment and went to work. He was fast and very through. When he was done he asked me to look and see if I saw anything that did not look good and I was very pleased with his work. He gave me booties to wear around the wet floors and and he was on his way.
