Your techs are very respectful of your home and wear booties on their shoes when they are in your home. I like the fact that you do not use brushes to clean, and I love the clean smell when the carpeting is cleaned.

We were unsure what some of the carpet stains were in the new house we purchased. The technician had to use a little more "elbow grease" than I would imagine would have been necessary under most circumstances. The carpets turned out much better than we anticipated.

My carpet is 20 years old but I like it and didn't want to replace. I have pets and I love them like crazy but they were naughty. I was just hoping that Zerorez could at least make my carpet look better. Howard did better than that and it now looks brand new again! I am delighted and my expectations have been exceeded!
Howard is a true professional and worked very hard on getting my carpet cleaned and removing all the stains. He was very nice, explaining the process and assuring me it was totally safe for humans and pets. Safety was a huge factor to me and that is why I chose to go with Zerorez in the first place.
