The guy who came was very thorough and let the dogs warm up to him and I appreciate that! Too many want to barge in and my yorkie-poo is very protective, so that was awesome! He let me know my furniture needed dry cleaned instead of cleaned with zerorez and my carpet needs a spray in case the dogs had urinated and they had so we met the minimum! I was very, very satisfied!

1. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets worked hard, conscientiously, efficiently, and tried to remove stains I knew wouldn't come out.
2. I like your equipment setup. You didn't have to use my sink, and the hose from the van didn't scratch my painted porch floor.
3. The carpet is soft and lovely to walk upon barefoot.
The service people know what they are trained to do, show up on time, complete the requested cleaning, take care not to "track" stuff inside and are knowledgeable when asked questions!
