The carpet was fresh and clean after it dried. The workers showed up in the window they were supposed to (and it wasn't within the last few minutes either). When the cleaners showed up they were polite professional and knew what they were doing. They even went behind furniture and cleaned more than what I expected.

Service was performed very professional with great results. My 20 year old carpet hasn't looked this good since new. I'm very happy with the cleaning, and will perform this service as needed in the years to come.

I have used zero rez several times and always had a good experience. The gentleman who came out this time was a little more casual then the younger kid who use to come out. Rather than charge me by the gallon for the bio removed he was going to charge me a flat $60. He told me several times how zero rez customer service is poor or the company doesn't have their stuff together. Unfortunately he was a little lax and missed a section of my living room carpet. I know that because I was laying on it with my kids several hours after he left and noticed the whole thing smells fresh and clean except for a section a couple feet long. Its not a section that had any sort of bio/ pee issue. I sat in in our piled up furniture while he cleaned the carpet and noticed he appeared to be doing a somewhat rough job. I didn't feel comfortable asking him to be more thorough. (he was a nice guy. I just didn't feel comfortable telling him how to do his job) The kid who use to come out took much more time dragging the hose across the carpet and didn't skip small strips.

It was very easy process. Easy to set up a convenient appointment, you were called with a time frame the day before and 20 minutes before arrival. The actual carpet cleaners were most pleasant and informative and the end product was lovely like new carpet. Thank you.
