my carpets on Tuesday in Urbandale Iowa did a fantastic job. So polite, capable and pleasant plus did such a good job! I highly recommend him.
The tech arrived on time and was friendly. He took time to walk through and listen to any concerns I had and then explained the process to me. He was quick and efficient and in the end our carpets looked great!

Brian was awesome! Made 2 trips back within a week to get strong urine odor out of carpet. He put down 1/2 dozen or more treatments to get urine smell out of carpet & it worked! Definitely will use Zerorez again as you guys rock!
