I’ve used other services b4 that use soap and it basically ruined my carpet or significantly shortened it’s life. We replaced that carpet with higher quality carpet. This is the second time I’ve used you and you mentioned how new my carpet looked as if only about 3 yrs old. It’s at least 8 yrs old and cleaned once by you. The 1st time I did have the scotch guard stuff applied which I think may have helped as well. We’re not shoe off people either. I recommend you to my friends because I know it’s not good to put soap on carpet. Ann in Des Moines,Iowa
I have allergies to chemicals so Zerorez works great for me. I have used Zerorez for many years and they have done an okay job but Howard Ruter does an amazing job. My carpets are light colored and hard to clean but they never look better than after Howard cleans them. He is polite, very informative and respective of my home and it furnishings. Howard is great !
As a negative, I have a hard time getting the gal to answer the phone when I call or I am put on hold for extended periods which is very frustrating.

The technician, Robbie, was excellent. He was very conscientious and efficient. He was able to remove some stubborn stains. The carpet looks wonderful. The cleaning solution is eco - friendly and smells fresh. I am ready for the holidays!!
