I had a great experience when talking with all the staff members. The technician was on time, very nice, did a great job and explained everything well. The only reason I am not giving a 10 is a small area of carpet was missed inside a hall closet. Just never opened the door. This attention to detail is so huge if you want to set yourself apart when it comes to companies who perform services like this!

I like that the company uses more natural cleaning agents. (The tech mentioned orange peels, and I could definitely smell a more natural citrus scent rather than a chemical deodorizer.) I also like appreciated the friendliness of the tech and the time he took to explain add-on products, benefits of those products, and gave me an honest assessment of my needs. (Did not try to hardsell or deceive me that a pad extraction treatment was necessary.)

They removed a grape juice or wine stain in my mother's carpet that I would have never thought possible. It had been there for who knows how long. And when asked to come back and try to improve the appearance of the edge of the carpet by the kitchen vinyl flooring transition, they came back out at a time that was convenient for us and no questions asked. We were very satisfied with their service!!!

The service technician was very thorough and polite. He called prior to his arrival, completed the cleaning in a timely manner and made sure we were completely satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend Zerorez for any residential or commercial floor care!

It is important to us that the carpet cleaning does not leave a residue that attracts dirt and diminishes the life of the carpet. Our carpets have remained soft and do not show their age and have never been cleaned by any other company than Zerorez.
