Good: The service providers who came to the house are polite and thorough in their explanation. The carpet/rugs are clean without soapy smell.

Needs improvement: I arranged for carpet cleaning and pickup/clean/delivery of area rugs (two events). In both cases, I called well in advance of date that was scheduled (two or more weeks) and asked for morning appointments. Both times I was told I could have morning appointments. BOTH times, when the confirmation text arrived, the appointments were scheduled in the afternoon. I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate your company. The first time this happened, I thought, "oh well". The second time was irritating and very inconvenient. Since it happened twice within 2 months, I would suggest you work with your scheduler to deliver on promises.

My carpets look great. Josh did a good job and I am pleased with how quickly he worked. My carpets were dry in the 24 hour time he told me and I was fortunate I did not need to be on them so they looked good when I returned.

Zerorez went above and beyond to remove five stains from our living room carpet. After Noah did the initial cleaning, the entire carpet looked great upon our final inspection. Five hours later these five spots bloomed to the top of our berber carpet. We called customer service and asked for Noah to return and try to remove the spots. He did so only to have the spots reappear again after he had left. He came back a third time and tried some special products on the spots. Again, they appeared to be gone only to rebloom again a few hours later.

Customer service was great working with us each time trying to resolve this spotting issue. They agreed to send a different technician out the fourth time. Using the same products Noah had used, Howard went about the cleaning in a different manner. Needless to say, the spots are gone and we are happy customers with Zerorez. They were determined to remove the spots, and coming back four times on their nickel shows the determination and dedication to make sure the customer is happy with their service.

We would not hesitate one bit to suggest Zerorez for your carpet cleaning needs.
