Given options about treatment and cost issues. Young man giving service was very pleasant, courteous and informative. Since my carpet needed cleaning due to dog issues he explained that some stains may show up again. What I did choose will give me time at least to find a solution to that problem. I definitely would recommend Zerorez to others.

Carpet cleaning and area rug cleaning look good, carpet looks refreshed and new. I was disappointed in grout cleaning all grote lines did not clean and installer sloppy with sealant and I have to try to clean off tile.

I love that the stains are gone and our carpet, which is old, looks as good as it can. nothing like cat hairball vomit to ruin your day. Vance got rid of it all plus he is a hard worker and very nice. I am afraid that you will promote him and he will no longer be available to clean.!!
