I have to say, for the first few days I did not think it worked, as we could had a strong smell of
Pet urine. But as the days went by, the smell has pretty much gone away.

The individual also suggested a few additional cleanIng options, with which we agreed. It is terrific to have a company actually meet or exceed their marketed and stated commitments or standards. This is the second time we have used Zerorez, but it will not be the last. Our carpets look much better.
