Zerorez just works better than the competition. Carpets look great and hold up nicely. I use you guys once a year because I have two little boys at home and my carpets get pretty messy. They look like new after Zerorez is finished,

I used Zerorez exclusively for cleaning cat pee out of carpets. I still have odor in one of my rooms and I spent $700 and 2 visits. I think you need to identify a product that is more effective for cat pee odor.

Our technicians were excellent and the job is thorough, quick, and explained well. He was early, and took time for us. Very respectful of our home and family. So many stains easily came out that I thought would be permanent, and he showed me the results of every one!

Carpets are not soaked and no smell
