A great team that knew what they were doing. Carpets look wonderful. The team lead gave me booties so I could walk on the carpet because he put stain resistant spray on the carpet and we have wood floors too so the booties help keep me from tracking the stain resistant spray onto the wood floors. Very professional team.

Ricky, our tech person, was wonderful. He took great care in spot treating and cleaning our area rug. It as great they were able to clean it in my driveway because we could not complete that task in home. It dried within a couple of hours and when we put the rug back in our home, it sparkled like brand new.

My window of service was between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. When the technician still had not contacted me by 5:50, I called the office to make sure I had not been forgotten. The operator checked with my technician, who was indeed running late. She then explained they would clean one area for free as a way to make amends.

When my technician arrived, he was very professional and friendly, even after having been on the job since 7 a.m. He did a fantastic job on our carpets and didn't submit our invoice until we had a chance review his work. We were very pleased with it!
