Don knew what he was doing. He was willing to discuss my carpet cleaning needs and concerns, explain what services he had to offer, but did not try to sell me anything I did not want. When I had a question about a service I thought was included in the price, he called the office to check. He was polite, careful with our furniture, went about his business in a mannerly way, but wasn't in a rush. I felt he did a very thorough job. There were a couple of very dirty areas and he went over them a couple of times until they came clean. The carpet came out better than I thought it might. I was very pleased.
