Tim, the carpet technician who came out, did a wonderful job! He arrived just before 5:00 on a Friday of the Labor Day Holiday weekend. I thought he'd just come in and out as fast as he could, but he took his time and did a phenomenal job. I even told him that I would take the time to write an excellent review on his behalf after having seen how industrious of a young man he was. You have a hard-working, courteous young man in your employee, so I would keep your eyes on him as a young talent with a great work ethic. You don't see that many young people these days with those values.

I was willing to give zeorrez a try. Employee was professional, courteous and knowledgeableand did a great job.
What I didn't like about your service is you're advertising a carpet cleaning At a specific rate and sell up on other products i.e. the cleaner for pet stains and then the Scotchgard.
While l chose to use the extra product, In my opinion those extra fees. I.e. $35 for scotch guard per room 12x 18 or
so , were extremely high and will be the thing that will most likely prevent me from calling for your service again.

Very pleased with the service we had from ZeroRez! Josh was on-time, professional and explained everything with just enough detail. He offered options with regards to the carpet and tile cleaning, and never once did I feel pressured to constantly upgrade. We had some really tough spots that had been on the carpet for years and he was able to significantly reduce/remove them. I would definitely use ZeroRez again!

My window of service was between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. When the technician still had not contacted me by 5:50, I called the office to make sure I had not been forgotten. The operator checked with my technician, who was indeed running late. She then explained they would clean one area for free as a way to make amends.
When my technician arrived, he was very professional and friendly, even after having been on the job since 7 a.m. He did a fantastic job on our carpets and didn't submit our invoice until we had a chance review his work. We were very pleased with it!
As first time customers, I have to say that we were very impressed--all the commercials we've heard about your service are true!
