Thomas was very professional. He was so kind and assisted us in moving a piece of furniture that we could not get out of the way. Our carpeting had some tape residue left over from the previous store owner. He alerted us to the possibility that it might not be able to be removed completely. He did a very good job getting it to the point that it is hardly visible.

I was most appreciative and impressed with the kind and professional treatment that I received from all members of the Zerorez staff from the scheduling staff to the professional implementation by Thomas. Due to a cancellation, I was offered service earlier in the day. Unfortunately, I couldn't take advantage of the offer. I greatly appreciated a notice that Thomas was on his way.

My service provider was very thorough and professional. I was impressed by the fact that the carpet wasn't wet when he left. Additionally, the carpet wasn't stiff when it dried, which was nice. I will definitely use your service again, and recommend it to my friends.

The team was very professional, friendly, and worked like a well-oiled machine. They got rid of that wavy look by stretching our carpet back into a "looks like new" state. Then they changed it from a gray carpet back to its original blue. It was fun to walk on it without that crunchy feeling (and sound) one would normally associate with just-cleaned carpet. Would whole-heartedly recommend Zerorez for carpet repair and cleaning. They made our house look like the day we moved in! (Of course, having all the furniture out helped a little.) The process you use is good. I like that the carpet actually gets agitated with a brush and then use water to clean. Great work on the stairs!!

We have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past. Their services never seemed to remove all of the stains from the carpet, nor all of the dirt from the high traffic areas. Zerorez has removed all of our stains (without paying extra) and high traffic dirt. Amazing.
