I used Zerorez for the first time this past week and was very pleased with the results. There were some pet stains and a high foot traffic area that had a lot of ground in dirt. All of these areas were addressed and the carpet looks new again. Don and Brandon were on time, friendly, efficient and listened to my concerns, especially about an older juice stain I attempted to get out but was unsuccessful. They worked miracles and were successful in removing the stain. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future and like the idea that I can request Don and Brandon to complete the service. No chemicals

We were very pleased with the technician, Joey Nuanes. He called to say the traffic was very heavy and that he would be to our house within 40 to 50 minutes and he was. He was efficient in the way he did the cleaning and explained everything to us in a clear precise manner and he listened extremely well. The carpet has some pretty strong traffic patterns and didn't get as clean as it used to but the carpet is 13 years old.

Dan could not have been more professional and did an outstanding job. Promote him!

P.S They forgot one of the plastic corner protectors. I'll leave it outside my door, and they can pick it up any time they are in the neighborhood.
