We just remodeled our basement family room and bathroom. Contractors are not careful at all and we were worried the carpet couldn't be saved.... HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, GOT RIGHT TO WORK, SPENT EXTRA TIME ON STAINED SPOTS, REMOVED ALL THE STAINS, AND THE CARPET LOOKED AS CLOSE TO NEW, AS A 10 YEAR OLD CARPET CAN, THROUGH OUT, WHEN HE WAS FINISHED.
