The carpets dried quickly and look very clean, there was very little chemical smell, and the service was easy to schedule, courteous and quick. We aren't sure what not to like!

Well, they WORK lol! I appreciate:
1. The work ethic/belief in the product and methods. That's good salesmanship and reassuring.
2. The hard work done, and effort applied. I've had Stanley Steemer here before, and in general, the attitudes from Zero Rez contrast dramatically that: if more needs to be done (more spot treatment, done over again, more furniture moved to get more of the carpet done etc.), your employees responded cheerfully to do it, not give me attitude, or act pridefully, or throw more costs at me.
3. The cost quoted to me was what was expected and separately, other offers were made (like scotch guard etc.), and the grand total was given. I appreciate straight forward honesty.
