I used Zerorez for the first time this past week and was very pleased with the results. There were some pet stains and a high foot traffic area that had a lot of ground in dirt. All of these areas were addressed and the carpet looks new again. Don and Brandon were on time, friendly, efficient and listened to my concerns, especially about an older juice stain I attempted to get out but was unsuccessful. They worked miracles and were successful in removing the stain. I will definitely use Zerorez in the future and like the idea that I can request Don and Brandon to complete the service.
