There were spots on my carpet that I had no idea what may have caused them. The ZeroRez technician, Tyler explained to me that there could be various reasons for the spots, which made sense. He described the process and the products that would be used on the carpet. Two days after the cleaning the spots have not reappeared as they have in the past. The tech did a GREAT!!! job on our carpets, lastime we used you the next day our dogs were sick and well you can guess!! there was no hesitation who we were going to call 99.5% of the stains the tech got out and finished the job like if it was his house even though it started snowing and getting dark plus lived up north ( knuckle pump ) to the tech..
