I feel the company and employees are very honest and straight forward. I always rely on Zerorez first, they are my go to company. for carpet cleaning. In most cases they are able to come out quickly and get the job done asap. In one case they were very busy but they picked up the rug I needed cleaning before company came to visit. Carpet is dry very quickly, affordable price, a phone call when the tech is on his way and a tech will return if you need a spot redone.
