Carpet looks fabulous after cleaning and it’s 14 years old! Love non-chemical cleaning solution and protectant keeps carpets looking great for a longer period. Wouldn’t use any other carpet cleaning service now that I found ZeroRez.

The men arrived within the window of time I was given and called ahead to let me know they were on their way. They were nice and did a good job and were efficient with their time.

There is no smell or residue from the cleaning products and the carpets look like new.

Your sevice restored my carpets to looking brand new again! Our operator’s name was Andre & he took his time and did an awesome job! He was extremly courteous, professional, & was very considerate in making sure to protect my hardware floors and area rugs. My carpets feel fresh and clean with zero harsh detergent odor. I was amazed that my carpet was almost dry by the end of the day and not soaked like previous companies had done. I will be definitely using this company in the future.
