Just had my carpets cleaned this Tuesday 4/3/18. Andre Dobbs was my tech and did an excellent job. He explained the procedure, was on time, friendly, did excellent work. He offered additional services as well. He had a helper and i was impressed how he explained what he was doing as the work got done. I've used Zerorez numerous times but this was the best.

Our carpet looks nearly new which is saying something because we are a family of five plus a dog. Ryan worked hard to get any stains out and we are happy that you use a safe and nontoxic system.

People are friendly and professional. Phone service, however, has become difficult - often times: when you finally get a real person, they frequently dont know the answer to a question and have to put you on hold again. Calls have become a longer than necessary process.
