Very professional, good communication (except via email- that is a mess- don't even say you offer that option), no smell and clean carpets. I've already recommended you to a neighbor.

You don’t smell chemicals,and the Carpet really looks clean.The only bad thing is when the company wants to charge you a Hidden fee for the water it just seems very underhanded
