We just bought our house and discovered that the previous owners' large dog made some messes on the basement carpet. We were very concerned that we'd have to replace the carpet but figured we'd try to give Zerorez's process a shot!

Josh called before he arrived. He was very professional and friendly. He got to work right away and was very efficient. He explained the process of pet stain treatment and crawled around on his hands and knees trying to find all locations of the stains as the previous owners had attempted to clean the areas so the spots were hidden! Josh went above and beyond!

Pricing was SUPER expensive compared to Carpet Cleaners I have used in the past that also did a very good job.

The Pet Treatment at $60.00 a room is incredibly high....my other Carpet Service does it complementary.
