We had some pretty bad dark spots after another company cleaned our carpets. We thought we might have some soap residue, so we found ZeroRez online. They came out and re-did the areas and when I got home to see it, I was amazed. Their procedure took all of the dark spots out, plus the heavy traffic areas into several rooms. Other smaller spots were completely gone.
Joey did an awesome job and I know he understood how disheartened we were with the previous company. So, you can count us as extremely satisfied customers!
