The technician Zach was incredible along with the knowledge he has about the technology and the process. However, that being said, we have become accustomed to a certain professional look from Zerorez. The look that you need to be conveying is, although your prices may be higher, we are paying for the product which is by far the best in the industry and the service is the absolute best. Your competitors are dressed better and with a less than superior product. You need to spend the money on uniforms to portray to your customers that you care about the the way your technicians look and that you are a valid and reputable company!

love it, but missed some non pet spots? and the edge of the carpet and the base molding trim has a dark line. i thouhgt the was an attachment to clean that edge/junction.
