Jay, the tech carpet cleaner was thorough and communicated well the cleaning process. He was also generous in cleaning small areas where soil built up with no additional charge. We will use Zeroed again.

Great cleaning and very professional staff

Service - Ricky Brown was knowable and was able to get the carpets in our entire house cleaned in a short amount of time.
Products - We like the products because it gets stains out and dry reasonable fast. We thought we were going to have to buy new carpet but after Ricky finished our carpet looks so good we don't have to now.

Chem free

The carpet really looked good after it was cleaned. There was a high traffic area that other carpet cleaning companies haven't been able to get clean, but it is now.
