Ricky did an awesome job on dying the carpet! The carpet is 26 years old, but has been very well taken car of so he was able to match it beautifully. We've never worn shoes in the house so I think that's why the carpet is in such good shape.

It was a no hassle experience for me. I called twice, the first to inquire about price and the second to schedule for the work to be done. The first time I called I didn’t feel pressure in any way to hire Zerorez. The work that was done was great. Joey, our technician, was very professional and did a great job. The technician was very prompt and professional

Everything was simple from making the appointment (and changing the appt) to getting the carpets cleaned. The staff member who came to the house was professional and extremely competent. He identified pet soiled areas and helped us come up with the best approach to treatment. He cleaned all of our carpets thoroughly and efficiently and addressed any trouble spots as we requested. He asked us to check his work as he went along to make sure we were satisfied. The carpet dried visibly cleaner, thick and very soft, presumably because there are no soaps or chemicals used in the cleaning process. I highly recommend Zerorez.
