I have tried several different carpet cleaning services over the years. Yours is the best by far. Spots other services cannot seem to remove your product takes care of. Your team is friendly, professional and efficient. They do great work.

You do not use chemicals. Stephen, the technician who cleaned our carpet, was very nice and made sure I knew what he would be doing. He worked quickly and got the job done very well.

Zerorez has always done an excellent job and we have been very pleased.

The whole service didn’t take long compared to other times I’ve had my carpets cleaned. Also, the carpets dried much faster than other times I have had my carpets cleaned. You were also able to get some residue out of my carpet that other cleaners wet not able to get out.

Zerorez always does a great job cleaning our carpets and our technician Steven Bagwell was awesome.

I like that you don't use soap or other products in the carpet but just hot water. You are always on time and friendly and work with me to get the best value for what I need to have done in my home. The technicians who come to my home are always honest and courteous and hard working. I feel safe when they are in my home. I wouldn't have any other company come clean my carpets.
